We oversee contracts, contractors, domestic and non-potable water resources, provide governmental filings and oversee board meetings. We are responsive, kind, and always act appropriately when addressing issues in a quasi-governmental agency.
We provide accounting services, manage meetings, oversee contracts and the delivery and management of irrigation and landscape projects. We provide legal notices to state and local governments regarding elections, TABOR notices, public hearings, and legal filings required by state statutes.

We keep track of your day to day activities, process payments, prepare invoices and collect payments, prepare payroll and payroll reports, manage accounts, reconcile bank statements, prepare monthy financial statements, and more. Municipal Bond Consulting
Metro District Management has partnered with La Saga & Partners Limited to offer MDM Special Districts Clients municipal bond consulting in the State of Colorado.
The principal of La Saga & Partners, Mr. Andres La Saga, has been involved in Special Districts Bond Advisory since 2003 in the State of Colorado. His experience includes working with real estate developers at the start of the district formation process, advising districts during the issuance of General Obligation bonds, bond refunding and bond refinancing. He has experience in other unique situations that arise in Districts which can be created by a delayed build out, developer insolvency or other unforeseen events.
Unlike the advisory services offered by public finance investment banks – advice offered by the underwriters who will then sell those bonds – La Saga & Partners functions in a fee-consulting advisory position and will not directly underwrite offerings. Because it acts in a contractual pure consulting role, La Saga & Partners can offer its clients unbiased advice and can help its clients create and structure the best bond transaction for their District.
In addition to his municipal bond experience, Mr. La Saga has more than 12 years of large-scale real estate development and finance experience in California, Colorado, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he has worked as an advisor to the Saudi Arabian Pension Authority. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
